Rego Park Healthcare has been an absolute blessing for my mother after her total knee replacement surgery. From the moment she arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. Their rehabilitation team worked patiently and professionally with her every day, helping her regain strength, mobility, and—most importantly—her independence. What truly stood out was the consistent kindness and outstanding customer service from every member of the staff. Nurses, therapists, aides, and administrative team members were all attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a smile. They made both my mother and our family feel confident and cared for throughout her recovery. Thanks to Rego Park Healthcare, my mother is back on her feet and doing better than we ever expected. We are incredibly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation and exceptional care.

Rego park has been a lifr saver for me, my mother is on the 3rd floor and the staff has been excellent. They go above and beyond! I am so happy with this place. We visited my grandma at Rego Park Nursing Home and couldn’t be happier. The staff is friendly and caring, the facility is clean, and most importantly my grandma is happier than ever. You can truly tell they care about their residents.

My sister has been there a few weeks on the 2nd floor and it has not been easy. My sister disturbs the staff and other patients and has to be monitored all day every day with an electronic alarmed bracelet. The staff has been very patient, kind and available to monitor my sister and keep my family updated on the latter’s medical condition. We spent Thanksgiving there with my sister. The food was outstanding as it was delicious and set up very well. There was entertainment also in the dining area. The staff was generous to also serve my niece and me dinner. We were very thankful, This facility is very clean and appears organized. I am hopeful that they will help my sister get well. I am thankful for staff that appears dedicated and demonstrates genuine empathy, I will continue to make visits and observe practices there.

From the moment I began speaking to Chavy, she was only one of two people that made me feel comfortable enough to consider sending my father to a sub-acute rehab. She was very kind and helpful. Judah was able to show us around which was a very fast, but informative tour. The young lady at the front desk(so sorry that I didn’t catch her name) was welcoming. This center is clean with a balcony for residents to sit on if they need fresh air(of course with supervision). The residents were playing board games and laughing while we were walking through which made it feel a lot lighter than other places I’ve seen. Unfortunately, I didn’t go with my gut to choose either Rego Park or one other location that I would say felt just as welcoming. So I’m only going based off of my short interactions with this warm group of individuals, but I have been told by a couple of people that they have had a great experience here. I would definitely recommend them. I wish them the best because they seem to really care about helping people out.
