It was my first time getting fitted for contact lenses and I couldn't have had a better experience! The office was super clean and organized, and the front-desk staff were and helpful and really patient. Dr. Lin was very attentive and helped alleviate a lot of my fears when putting in and taking out my contacts and performed a comprehensive exam to make sure my eyes were healthy.Would highly recommend coming here for any eye checkups/ contact lens fitting needs!

Front desk was super patient and helpful. I came a little bit late, but they still nicely to check me in a short time. Doctor was very professional too. I like this office as these staffs let me feel that they really wants to help me, and respects every patient.

Dr. Fung M Chan is remarkable. I've been seeing ENT specialists for decades, experiencing no/little improvement all these past years until Dr. CHAN came along. His treatment plan was spot on--- I felt much better almost instantly. Thank you very much! Dr. CHAN.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Specifically one woman who spoke rudely about me assuming I cannot understand or speak the same language. It says it closes at 5 but they rushed me around to leave quicker. Doctor was fine but I wont be returning due to the unprofessionalism in that office

I am writing this review to encourage the management of the eye exam office on the second floor of 94 Bowery to seriously reconsider how Dr. Miuyi Wong, O.D., FAAO, interacts with patients. In my visit, I experienced a complete lack of the two most fundamental qualities in any healthcare professional: patience and courtesy. Dr. Wong spoke to me with an aggressive tone, no greeting, and no basic professionalism. Her demeanor made me feel rushed and unwelcome, as if I were interrupting her time rather than seeking medical care. I wasn’t even able to finish my sentences without feeling like she was about to cut me off. The entire appointment lasted no more than ten minutes and felt more like an unpleasant transaction than a consultation. Afterward, I shared my experience with friends who had previously came to the office, only to find they had felt similarly uncomfortable with her attitude. This is not acceptable behavior from someone in a position of care. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously. Patients deserve a space where they can ask questions and express concerns freely without feeling dismissed or belittled. I urge the management and Dr. Wong to reflect on how this environment can become more respectful, attentive, and patient-centered
