I have been seeing Dr. Chan for the past month because of sudden hearing loss and other ENT needs. Dr. Chan is a very professional, experienced, and patient-centered doctor. He provided precise diagnoses, clear explanations, thorough examinations, and appropriate treatments that have improved my condition. Dr. Chan's clinic is also well-organized, with a smooth check-in and intake process. The staff and front desk are super friendly and helpful. The waiting time is usually not too long for appointments - around 10 to 20 minutes. If there is a longer wait, they will let you know. I came here for a second opinion and didn't expect the quality of care I received before walking into this clinic. I truly appreciate Dr. Chan and his team's help.
