I had a terrible experience with the male receptionist at their 86th Street location He was incredibly loud and rude. At one point he threw down the phone and ignored me when I asked hello several times. When I called back he claimed he was looking for information. He said he heard me asking hello and still didn’t answer, so he was purposely ignoring a patient. Then he hung up on me. This guy is just rude and impatient. When I first called in he wouldn’t let me finish my sentence before he started talking over me.
