I started visiting this medical center for my family since 30y ago, for all these years they treated my children and them they became seen my family as a primary caregivers. I cannot see myself without them, their professionalism is their best attribute. Since doctors, medical staff, lab technicians, clerks; all of them together l cannot find them anywhere. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lin. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff there was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Lin took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything in detail. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion made me feel confident in my treatment. They didn’t rush the appointment and ensured all my questions were answered. I truly appreciate their dedication to patient care and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great doctor !

The attitudes of several women at the front desk were extremely poor, but the doctor was quite nice. Even with an appointment, the waiting time is still long. I've consistently scheduled my appointments in advance, for instance, at 2 pm with Dr. Chen Yuzhu. On several occasions, even after having a confirmed appointment, I've had to wait for over an hour without seeing anyone. The doctor's assistant is often as perplexed as I am. I've frequently asked the assistant to locate the doctor, only to find out the doctor isn't present. This has become a recurring issue, and it's extremely inconsiderate of others' time. On 8/12, the customer service called me on 8/11 asking me to come in the afternoon for a vaccine shot. I traveled quite a distance from where I live to get there. Upon arrival, I waited for over an hour without seeing Dr. Chen Yuzhu. Another male doctor told me it wasn't yet time for my vaccine and asked me to come back later. I'm really confused. If it wasn't time for my vaccine, why did the customer service ask me to come on 8/12? This is absurd.

Receptionist hung up on me in the middle of my call + super long wait time expect to wait up to 3/4 hrs. Never had my issues fixed. I even stumped the doctor with my symptoms. Even got yelled at for asking for a dermatology referral when I had a face infection. Would highly recommend picking a different doctor office if you can

If I could give a 0 I would. The wait time is ridiculous and some of the doctors really are useless. They were suppose to file a claim so that if we went the radiologist everything will be covered. However we got a bill for $500 and when we went for them to explain, they just put the blame on another doctor. The doctor that we saw also talked to us like we were children. The administrative nurse was also rude and unhelpful. She yelled at us saying that it was none of their problem and made it seem like it was our fault. The service was horrible. Never again.
