Incompetent on every level. From waiting 30 minutes to learn that I need to call my insurance to choose a PCP, to Nurses telling me that I need to see their doctor for a blood test when I've already seen a doctor somewhere else, to the doctor wasting my time when I don't need to see her and never requested to. The female doctor just doesn't understand that I need to leave and kept telling me things that I don't need to know. I spent over 90 minutes here just for a blood test. There's absolutely no privacy here. Staff are nosy and will walk in to see what you're here for. People sitting in the waiting area can hear what's going on inside the patient rooms. What happened to HIPAA and sharing health information on a need to know basis???

Been trying to help my parents follow up with a prescription. Whenever we call they immediately put us on hold. we keep wait and wait and wait for like 10 minutes and more already but still no one pick up. we had to keep calling every week since the doctor never update the documents and causing us to call every week to get it fixed. I just want to help my parents get the items they need why is it so difficult here.
