I have been in this office since as long as they are open. The entire office staff is super helpful and kind. Receptionists always work something out for me. The nurses are very kind and professional. They explain procedures well, phlebotomy skill is phenomenal and work efficiently under high high pressure environments. (The office is very busy). Dr Chen is very patient and knowledgeable. He spends a lot of time with his patients. Provide all the resources as needed. And most importantly he fixed my many health problems. I will keep coming back to this office. Thank you.

This place is a scam. They're more interested in you coming back multiple times to collect copay and bill your insurance. I guess it's standard practice for most doctors office nowadays, but if you want a more personalized doctor that cares about you, this place isn't it. One of the nurses also insinuated that I was fat when she had a hard time finding my vein when drawing blood. Kinda weird.

The receptionist was extremely unprofessional; I suspect she didn't even know the basic meaning of an appointment time.

This place is possibly the worst clinic ever.. everyone in there are clueless, nurse are rude, doctors cant even pronounce my name right. Skipped me a few times. Horrible experience. The worst…..
