The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor is always patient not rushing me out.

This doctor's office is very nice cleaned respectful to me there is no language barrier ..the wait time is fine the longest time I have to wait to speak to my doctor is probably a half an hour or so depending on the patient has to speak to the doctor otherwise I have to wait no more than about 15 minutes the place is always warm and comforting never feel stressed or frustration...my wife also goes to the doc here..

No star. Horrible service, it requires $25 copay to review checkup report. Average waiting time is more than one hour even if you had appointment. Don’t go there anymore.

Horrible experience went in to get advice for chest and back pain. In which the doctor who i later found out is a nurse practitioner Sandy Chan said its due to my posture. I asked about what about the chest pain which she diagnosed as Chest Plate Inflammation (Costochondritis) refused to listen to when i first had the problem and instead said its posture and nothing I can do about it beside physical therapy. I told her it hurts when i lay down flat on my back. I asked about the symptoms and if it goes away or it's like arthritis. No response. Then said I'm making excuses. After I repeatly asked for an answer three times! When offered an MRI she replied with your insurance is difficult and need authorization like it was some huge bother. In addition, I had to go home GOOGLED the condition and no where in there i see its affected by BAD POSTURE. I left with no solution, more confusion, and referral to another test i never even asked for but she insisted and had nothing to do with the condition i intial came to address. Patient care is very negligent, unprofessional, and insincere. If doctors are not willing to listen and provide care there's no reason to see a professional.
