Some front desk staff have a very bad attitude. When I checked in, I only asked two questions. When I asked the second question, their tone was very bad and they even widened their eyes! Is there something wrong with their brains or something else? Then is the pre-examination. The assistant doctor was very frugal with words. When I asked her questions, she would first choose not to answer. Then I had to stare at her. After about 10 seconds, she would respond to you with the briefest words or even just actions! How unhappy are these people every day that they vent their emotions on patients?! Fortunately, the doctor in room 1# is a normal person and can simply and clearly point out your problem and how to fix it. If anyone wants to experience this kind of disrespectful or even insulting attitude, you can go and experience it!

JIAN YUN LI-WEI FNP works at the 5517 7th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11220 Rendr location in Brooklyn. She poorly diagnoses her patients, ignores their requests for help, and DOES NOT listen to her patients when they say the medicine she prescribes does NOT work at all. She has a history of IGNORING her patient's self-advocacy and DOES NOT provide any options to help diagnose what is going on. She allows her patient to take meds that don't work, come back SEVERAL TIMES and WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY. She should be FIRED for negligence. She allegedly has a history of doing this to other patients as well. She prescribes medicine that doesn't work, and then charges insurance and banks on it. Terrible human being, terrible FNP. She gives all Nurse Practioners a bad name and reputation. She is incredibly ARROGANT and NEGLECTFUL. Never met a medical professional this horrible at care.

Do not see Qi Zheng, lazy, impatient and an insult to hard working Nurse Practitioners everywhere. She should not be in the medical profession. Has no sense of care or professionalism.

This is completely unacceptable. My family member had a colonoscopy at your clinic this past Saturday. When the front desk staff handed over a set of consent forms, for the patient to sign, they simply instructed the patient to sign without offering any explanation. When the patient expressed confusion and asked what the documents were and why they needed to be signed—explaining that they couldn't understand because everything was in English, the front desk staff impatiently responded, “Are you getting a colonoscopy? This is the anesthesia consent form for that, etc.” While the explanation itself may have been appropriate, the staff member's tone and attitude were not. WHAT"S WORST - I overheard the staff member say in English, “Why come to America?” This staff is seating at window #5. I understand that your clinic is busy, but that is no excuse for treating patients with disrespect. The staff member should apologize to my family member for their rude and inappropriate behavior. If I hadn't been there with my family member, they could have faced prejudice, even racism. Just because they say that don't speak English. It is truly disappointing and hard to believe that this happened at Rendr, a clinic that claims to serve the Asian community and to meet their language needs. The rude behavior of your front desk staff contradicts that mission.

Holible experience, no quality of care and disaster customer service. Asking to speak to the doctor after leaving the office regarding treatment plan? No way! Will you know which doctor/MD/DOPA/NP you are seeing? No! When I scheduled the appointment, the front desk could not tell me which doctor I would be seeing. Went to the office today, if I did not ask the nurse/MA who the doctor would be, I would not know. I was informed by the nurse/MA that I would be seeing Dr. Zhao. Is “Dr.Zhao”, MD, Do, NP, PA? No idea! The NP/MD/Do/PA whoever i saw, no introduction about herself at all. She gave me three options:1. Take medication first, if not working do upper GI endoscopy; 2. Do upper GI endoscopy first; 3. Ultrasound. I wanted to try medications first. One hour later, I changed my mind. I wanted to do upper GI endoscopy first instead. I called the office, front desk told me to tell the doctor myself, but did not connect the call to the doctor for me. I was furious. I don’t have Medicaid, it cost me hundreds of dollar for an appointment. Do you want me to schedule another appointment for a simple question? I was placed on hold for a few minutes. Then, the front desk told me that the doctor wanted me to take medications first. I called back one hour later, another front desk told me that the doctor insisted me to take the medication first because insurance won’t approve upper GI endoscopy if I didn’t take the medication first. If that’s the case, why was I given three options earlier. I asked to speak to the doctor. I was told the doctor already got off work. Got off work at 4 pm? Really? Didn’t even offer to forward the message to the doctor or have the doctor return my call. My question is, as a patient why wasn’t I allowed to change my treatment option within the same day? I was not calling to discuss new treatment option, just wanted to change from option 1 to option 2 that was offered and discussed earlier. Was it so difficult or time consuming for the front desk transferring the call to the doctor to allow me speak with the doctor for 1 minute? As a patient, can’t I speak to the doctor if I have a question about my treatment plan without a new appointment? As a patient, don’t I have the right to know the name of the doctor who is providing care?
