The team was courteous, accommodating, professional, and knows their roles well. Every step of the process was quick and efficient. It was also uplifting to see the team have fun and show that they enjoy working there. Gloria was very proactive, perused my file, and was already prepared before I walked in. She was very attentive in asking about my needs before I even know what I need. I was out the door 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Never had an experience like this at a doctor's office before. I'm very impressed and glad I decided to come to this location. Bonus points for having a clean facility and bathroom.

What touched me most is the doctor’s personal follow-up after visits to make sure I understood everything and to see if I had any additional questions. My family have been seeing Dr Wu for many years. Dr Wu is very patient, knowledgeable and caring. Other physicians and his teams are all wonderful and friendly. Highly recommended.

I cannot comment on Dr. Wu's actual service or expertise, as my appointment was cancelled only 25 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. I booked a 4:15 PM appointment a week in advance, reportedly the latest available slot for new patients. While in transit to the appointment, I received a call requesting that I reschedule, simply because the doctor does not want to see new patients after 4:00 PM. Although the staff was apologetic, this situation was very unprofessional. I arranged my schedule around this appointment and left work early, only for it to be cancelled at the last minute.
