I've been with Dr. Chan since 2002. She's been great and consistent throughout the years. It's nice being able to check reports and just send a message through the app for refills or general questions. Dr. Chan and her staff checks consistently. Getting an early appointment is best so you don't get backed up with late appointment comers later in the day that will just snowball to later appointment times.

Dr. Chan is the gold standard in healthcare—truly the epitome of clinical excellence. She combines unmatched expertise with genuine compassion, making every visit personalized, thorough, and reassuring. I honestly cannot imagine entrusting my care to anyone else—she is exactly what every doctor everywhere should be. Her entire team is equally exceptional. From the clinical support staff to the administrative staff who handle intake, insurance, and referrals—especially Maggie, who is always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful—everyone goes above and beyond. From Dr. Chan’s clinical skill to her team’s outstanding support, this practice delivers healthcare at its finest. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dr Melissa Chan and her staff are Amazing!!! She is thorough and very easy to talk too! I highly recommend her if you don’t have a Primary care Dr or if you do and not hoppy!!

The doctor is the worst but the nurses and front staff are really nice. I really don’t understand the 5 star reviews unless it’s for everyone else except the doctor, who is rude, uncaring, and money hungry, like a bully who thinks they’re above you. In the end, I didn’t want to go because of the doctor, but I did like the nurses a lot.
