We’ve been with Dr. Liu for the past three years for our two daughters! She’s a busy doctor but has always been attentive and answers our many questions. She was also agreeable to spacing out the vaccines and always provided context on why certain vaccines were bundled together or needed to be done by a certain age. She also gave us good advice for feeding and supplementing breastmilk with formula. Her assistants are all nice as well. We liked that we can do walk-ins for last minute illnesses when someone had a fever that didn’t break. I recommend Dr. Liu if you’re looking for a pediatrician who cares and doesn’t rush through appointments.

Met Dr. Liu after my LO was born, right before we were discharged from the hospital. She’s great- been very patient and understanding of my needs. I highly recommend this pediatrician. I just had to get used to dealing with the people at the front desk in the beginning. They’re fine, but the doctor is really kind.

Best pediatrician in the Flushing area. After bad experiences and switched two pediatricians, we finally found the perfect doctor for our daughter. It was tough having our baby during the pandemic and Dr.Liu provided a lot of care and support. Her and her nurses are always so patient. They really take their time with each kids. Our daughter especially love the toy cars in the waiting area since those are her favorite. Although the clinic is small, it’s always clean and even the bathroom. I love that Dr.Liu gives out little toys instead of lollipops as our precious pediatrician would give out really awful lollipops even for kids under 2. Dr.Liu is busy but she always answers questions and concerns. If we have anything and call her, even if we don’t get through, she will always call back personally. We really appreciate her and wish more doctors can be as dedicated and caring as she.

The front desk ladies are always so nice and friendly. We are always seen as soon as we step in. We’ve never felt rushed through our appointments. Dr. Liu is super friendly, down to earth, understanding of our concerns and takes her time explaining information to us such as common developmental milestones, what is expected to happen in the coming months for baby etc. For anyone we know who is looking for a pediatrician in the common area, we will always recommend her.

They want you to make an appointment to see the doctor even your child is sick. So we need to make an appointment before my son get sick. It is very inhumanely and not helping parents at all . Not suggesting to visit this office at all . The front desk is very rude and unfriendly.
