My experience with Dr Kan is positive, always take his time to help

Incompetent doctor. (1) convinced my mom to finally get a neurocognitive evaluation for potential dementia. When she told him the results, he immediately dismissed the possibility of her having any memory issues WITHOUT ever asking for report results (which were positive for mild issues). 2. My mother has vertigo and she was only sent to get her brain and neck scanned. Told that vertigo has no cure. He did not even refer her to get evaluated by ENT to get tested for other causes. Incompetent and irresponsible.
