Dr. Wei Ye and Crystal are simply AMAZING! They are attentive, caring, considerate and PROFESSIONAL!!! They treat you like family. My dad is very lucky to have Dr. Ye as his primary care doctor. Crystal is an absolute gem. She gets things done for you. The duos are simply MARVELOUS!! :)

Dr. Ye is a very personable, kind, and thorough physician. I only recently started coming to her as I was no longer able to see my pediatrician. The medical assistants here are also extremely thorough and skilled as I have been a hard stick patient for years, but regardless of who I get-- they always easily get blood on the first try. My 4 star rating is due to the wait times. Due to her thoroughness, I believe this naturally shifts the schedule down in regards to timing. Every appointment I have had at the Rendr practice, you can anticipate on waiting for 45-90 minutes. She sees patients on Saturdays which is nice for busy working folks! The facility is very clean, bright, and has wifi/outlets!

Dr. Wei Ye is fantastic. My experience with the front desk from the moment you walk up to them is a nightmare. They don’t greet you, are extremely rude, cut you off as you’re speaking and will ignore you. Calling them on the phone is even worse. I don’t know how you run a business like this. Front staff needs some serious retraining. People are here because they aren’t feeling well, dealing with serious issues and to have someone dismiss and talk over you is not the way to do it. It’s so off putting that I’m moving to another doctors office although I really liked the doctor and office. The front staff is terrible.

was honestly surprised by the poor communication. The doctor said to separate the vaccines, but the nurse gave both at once, which felt careless.

Dr. Ye is very attentive and clearly cares about his patients, which is much appreciated. However, the wait times are worrying. Even with a scheduled appointment, waiting over two hours is extremely difficult for sick or elderly patients who are already in pain or discomfort. I’m genuinely concerned that long waits like this could negatively impact patients’ health and well-being. I hope the management can review scheduling practices to prevent overbooking and make the experience safer and more comfortable for everyone seeking care.
