All the staff in this office is so kind, caring, and very professional. Dr. Wei Seong Tan, always answered our questions and for providing such professional and compassionate care in my child's case. Ms. Jessica, always responding to my emails quickly and for handling all the paperwork my child needs for school and other offices. I really appreciate all her efforts.

I really appreciate how patient and caring this pediatrician is. They never rush us, they listen to all of our questions, and their medical advice is always very professional. The attitude from the whole team is warm and respectful. Highly recommend to other parents.

Literally the worst clinic ever. Even when we make reservations, we need to wait until 30 minutes after our appointed time. And it’s not just once or twice, it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME. And the one of the doctors seem very unprofessional. When it came time to giving her diagnosis, she sounded very unsure and needed reassurance from me to confirm what she said was right. In addition, she will ask the same question many times or ask questions that the nurse had already asked. What’s the point of making the nurse ask those questions if you’re not going to check the notes? The medicine she prescribes me also never work. The time it takes me to recover without medicine is equal to the time it takes for me to recover WITH the medicine. Genuinely don’t recommend this clinic.
