I saw Juan Huang NP & Tony Zhou MD before. Great providers. Listened to everything I had to say. I was always in and out of the clinic within 30 minutes.

The female receptionist sitting on the far right was amazing — super professional, friendly, and helpful. She definitely deserves 5 stars! Unfortunately, the male receptionists were the opposite: unprofessional, impatient, and honestly not suited for this job.

Extremely rude and incompetent receptionist. There was a home attendant form that I needed the doctor to complete for my father who has trouble walking and the receptionist insisted that he make an appointment. I called ahead of time and I even went to the office to make sure that an appointment was actually required as it seems unnecessary for my father to come in just for the doctor to complete a form. The day my father arrives, the same receptionist tells me that he didn’t need to come in. The reason why they needed me to book the appointment was so that they could make money for the “visit.” It’s extremely unprofessional and the receptionist has a really disgusting attitude towards the doctors patients. It’s no wonder this place has terrible reviews.

Received $2000+ bill from the lab because they sent my blood sample to an out of network lab despite the fact that I had emphasized which insurance I had to the receptionist and the doctor. When my insurance called them to ask about the specifics of my blood test, the woman who picked up couldn’t answer any of their questions. Do not go unless you’re looking for unprofessional service and an unexpected bill that would have been otherwise covered 100% by your insurance.

On 9/13/2025, 12:40pm, I went to see the doctor for my blood test results. I had my annual physical exam last week, but because I was menstruating, I did not provide a urine sample. At that time, I asked the doctor who provided services, Dr. Du, if I could do the urine test next time, and he said yes. However, when I went in today, the main doctor, dr yanfeng Chan (or: the attending physician) told me that I should not have gone for my annual physical exam while on my period and that I made his work much more complicated. I was so surprised why the last doctor didn’t tell me that women who are menstruating are prohibited to do annual body check. Dr Chan kept blaming me I should not do annual body check during period time. I was pressed for time, which is why I scheduled the appointment for the blood test during my period. During the visit time, He didn’t close the door when he reviewed my blood results and talked so loudly. His attitude and conversation about blaming me as a female who has a period should not come for bodycheck made me felt uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of public. I don’t have privacy at all. And he doesn’t respect woman. Is there any law that states a woman cannot have her annual physical exam during her menstrual cycle? If it's not allowed, why didn't the doctor tell me this beforehand? Does this constitute discrimination against women?
