I took my grandma to this office. We didn't have an appointment and I know that every clinic has a long wait time if u don't have appointment. The front desk are nice and patient, they wrote down my grandmas name and told us to wait. We waited like 30mins I don't think it's not that long. The wait time is not predicable but the front desk tried their best to let my grandma have the opportunity to see Dr. ngai. And Dr. Ngai is super nice too. She is funny and soft spoken. This clinic help me solved the problem that i have, I love all the staffs.

Just wanted to share Dr. Ngai saved me again. I went in with severe pain on my knee not knowing what was going on. The minute she examined my knee; she immediately told me my condition and prescribed the medications needed for it. It's been 2 days since my medicine intake and I absolutely feel 100 % better. Me and my family are very blessed and grateful to have Dr Ngai as our go to doctor. Also her staff are incredibly capable of handling all the busy schedule for all of her patients. Thank you again.

The office has always been busy and the staff did an exceptional job trying to accommodate me when needed. The office always have a long wait since Dr Ngai always take her time with each patients, but the front desk always trying to help. When I have questions and called over the phone, the front desk usually take down my questions and will have Dr Ngai or the appropriate person return my call promptly.

Dr. Ngai and her team are very knowledgeable! I’ve been going to this doctors office for a few years now and it’s always no hassle. The office manager Sharon always make sure the clients are well taken care and has her team follow up for appointment reminders!

I came to Dr. Ngai for an annual physical and was amazed by how friendly and professional the front desk and medical staff were. Even on the busy day when I had come in, they were quick to get me ready for my exam. Dr. Ngai was patient with me and took the time to throughly address all of my questions. Overall, the staff here are very respectful and caring towards their patients!
