This was my first appointment and meeting with Dr. Wong and what a breath of fresh air! She is personable, intelligent, gentle and kind. I am so happy to have found her. She takes her time listening and her recommendations are thoughtful and well explained. With her natural kindness and experience, I am pleased with the trust which I easily developed with her....I finally feel as though I have a really good GYN. I am a Professional Registered Nurse and as a result, I am probably a bit more mindful of what makes a good Doctor and in my role as a patient, I would highly recommend Dr. Helen Wong.

Happy! First time visit: great experience, nice building, love the c-town location (so close to subway), office is cozy and comfortable. Office staff are positive / friendly / helpful / professional. Dr. Wong is just really great. No shame, no rushing, patient and active listener, excellent bedside manner, and thorough discussion. Good vibes, good energy all around. Relieved to get everything checked, updated, sorted, addressed, and even got a referral for a mammogram. Highly recommend. Oh I forgot my physical insurance card, but you can email the office a pic (front and back) so snap pics before you go just in case.

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Wong. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. She took the time to answer my questions and provided good perspective. The clinic is somewhat dated but comfortable enough and clean. All in all, I would recommend Dr. Wong to anyone who is in search of a caring and experienced professional.

Dr. Wong is a great professional doctor, always put patients' health and concern as first priority. I've been seeing Dr. Wong since 2014, she is always gentle, kind, answered and explained all my questions or concerns. So grateful to have her as my GYN doctor for 9 years! In addition, the receptionists are very friendly, always have smiles on their face. I felt welcomed every time I stepped into the clinic! Thank you both Dr. Wong and the receptionists for the great services and experience!

I don’t understand how this office has such good reviews. I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Wong as a gynecologist or the staff everyone was friendly and straightforward. I went for a check up and my time spent with Dr. Wong must’ve been 90 seconds total. No one asked me what medications I’m on, the intake form barely covered off on medical history, and I was not given a wipe to use before my exam. The actual state of the office made me extremely uncomfortable, the exam room felt like a closet. My exam did not feel hygienic at all inches away from a trash can full to the brim and exposed, sitting one foot away from instruments left in the open air and papers overflowing out of cabinets. This was at the 139 Centre location
