Today was my annual appointment with Dr. Melinda. I felt very comfortable and safe with her. I am very satisfied. I recommend 100%. I will continue seeing her.

I had a very disappointing experience. Without asking for my consent, Dr Rian brought several practicing residents into my appointment. When I expressed my concerns about this, the doctor began canceling my appointments without informing me. To make matters worse, for the next appointment, I was reassigned to their Bronx office, which is far from where I live in Jackson Heights, creating further inconvenience. This unprofessional treatment has caused significant frustration and disrupted my care.” Not a good place to recommend

Absolutely Terrible service, I was there on Saturday and had blood drawn by a cluless person that collapsed my vein, she put the whole needle through my arm I felt like my arm was going to fall and to make matters worse I was told to go somewhere else to get my blood drawn even though I waited for almost an hour, terrible communication and service. After 2 days later my arm was completely purple and numb, I’d I can give them a 0 star I would

I took my wife to an appointment at 10:30 am, first the 30 min delay to start, then she waits for at least 40 min more inside the room and nobody showed up. The doctor allegedly was in an urgent call but seriously ? Ok if the call was a priority is understandable but nobody says anything to the patience about was goin on? She was already prepared for the procedure and only after her claim the doctor shows up for a minute and the left again for another 10 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE !!! The treatment She received from the Dr. was very unprofessional and both the staff and Dr’s behavior was unacceptable, dismissive, and lacking in basic patient care standards. People prepare, take time, get on time, move things around at work only to attend medical appointments. This is just outrageous.

If there was a zero star I would. I lost my daughter at 30 weeks pregnant. Im still grieving and its a sensitive topic I was open and honest saying I wanted to get checked and make sure everything is okay because I wanted to try to have another baby but was obviously scared. The dr. called me in to tell me my results told me I had Adenomyosis, asked her what is was she said oh its just heavy bleeding with cramping. I started asking follow up questions like would there be issues with pregnancy ect she said no but we can put you on birth control when I stated multiple time I was going to try to conceive. Went home looked it up its literally a progressive condition that impacts pregnancy and its so much more than “heavy bleeding”. Called her back to ask since I was confused and she was like “oh yeah uhh im not sure how to read these scans im going to have to speak to the ultrasound tech and call you back” never called its been over a month.
