I took a chance I have a Samsung phone I should have gone to an authorized dealer they replaced the battery and the battery is no good it holds a charge for a while but not like a brand new battery. They they said they would replace it order another one that maybe I got a defective battery and I never heard back from them. Whenever you have something go to an authorized dealer.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. On Friday, Sept 5, I brought in my laptop after it suddenly went dark and showed an error. The technician I met was polite and explained it was likely a bad RAM ($80) or at most a BIOS recovery ($150). He said a non-refundable deposit was required but that it would go toward the repair. I agreed, since I wouldn’t invest more than $150 in this older laptop. The following Monday, a different person called and said it was actually the motherboard, quoting $300 and a two-week wait for the part. I reminded him I was told the maximum would be $150, but he insisted otherwise. I declined, as it made no sense to risk $300 when a new laptop costs about $500. When I went to pick it up, they told me the deposit was a diagnostics fee. At home, I spent 30 minutes researching, removed one RAM stick, and the laptop booted up perfectly. A $10 replacement RAM from Amazon fixed it completely. I feel misled and overcharged. The first tech said one thing, the second changed the story, and in the end, the “diagnostics” were wrong. I cannot recommend this shop and would like my deposit refunded.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING! THEY'RE SO GREEDY AND DISHONEST. HE ASKED FOR $75 TO CHECK THE BATTERY HEALTH, WHICH TAKES 30 SECONDS. ZERO INTEGRITY. JUDGING BY ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS I'M NOT THE FIRST CUSTOMER HE TRIED TO SCAM.
