I can’t say enough good things about Restore Plus in Long Island City. From day one, Carmel (my main therapist) made me feel truly cared for and supported. I also worked with Maria on a few visits, and the aides Ylivette and Gabbie were wonderful—always attentive and encouraging. Mounia at the front desk greeted me by name and kept everything running smoothly. I actually looked forward to my sessions because I could see and feel real progress. If you want a team that listens, motivates, and celebrates your wins, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I recently completed 8 weeks of physical therapy at Restore Plus. It was the best experience one could have under the circumstances. I was always seen on time, met with friendly greetings and received great care. This is by far the BEST staff, and I mean EVERYONE, that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was actually sad to say goodbye on my last day. Shout out to Eda! One of the nicest people I have ever met. Thank you all for your compassion and caring nature.

This is a place that provides excellent care for everyone who comes to receive services. If you have any problems, you can always ask for advice. Everyone is friendly and consistently takes great care of you. Your symptoms will improve if you receive treatment and follow the recommendations. I never thought my back and neck pain could get better, but it did. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has health issues. All the staff are so nice and kind. Love you all. ❤️❤️

The care I received at Restore Plus was truly top-notch. The facility is spacious, clean, and well-organized, and the therapists and assistants are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They clearly cared about my recovery and took the time to teach me how to care for myself and exercise properly at home so I can stay healthy and pain-free long term.
