Writing on behalf of my late mom and my father, both of who have seen Dr. Wu for many decades. Dr. Wu is a compassionate and caring physician. He is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for my parents (and I'm sure for all of his patients). I am forever grateful for the kindness he showed my parents for the years he served them. If people go into medicine to heal, serve and bring a sense of hope, Dr. Wu epitomizes that spirit.

Dr Rex Wu is an outstanding practitioner! Meticulous , knowledgeable and thorough in communicating to me about my concerns. Detail oriented and superb bed side manner. This review is on behalf of my late father, who saw Dr. Wu for many years. My father was that typical old Chinese man who refused to see a western doctor and opted for eastern medicine for his ailments. He was really stuck in his old ways, a bit stubborn at times. It is not until he encountered heart disease and having gone through a major surgery, that he started to take his health seriously. And he was darn lucky enough to have found Dr. Wu, who provided exceptional care even to the end. I mean, Dr. Wu was so patient, sincere, understanding, and most importantly honest with him. Because of his exceptional bedside manner, my father always, I mean ALWAYS listened to Dr. Wu’s orders. Unfortunately, Dr. Wu did not know of my father’s passing until he missed an appointment. Dr. Wu personally called me to find out what happened, and through that emotional conversation, I can hear from the other side of the line that he genuinely cared for all his patients. It was truly a blessing to know that my father was well taken care of by Dr. Wu.

Dr. Wu completely misdiagnosed me. I suspected I contracted a sinus infection—my nose was plugged, hurt, and I couldn’t hear out of both ears. He kept playing it off saying it was only allergies and told me to take more Sudafed. Against his advice, I went to an ENT who diagnosed me with a raging sinus infection, which could have been cured sooner if I chose to skip Dr. Wu. It was resolved a few weeks later after I received antibiotics and treatment. Never ever would I trust my wellbeing to Dr. Wu ever again.
