The Cappuccino Cream Cake was absolutely delicious and a gorgeous creation. The service was adequate but that wasn't surprising given the lack of courteous individuals and severe absence of work ethic in present-day New York). It's definitely a staple pastry shoppe for paisanos (but, I don't think I saw not even one Italian in there - welcome to Bensonhurst 2025 ). This cake made it all the way from New Yuk to Dallas on a cooler road trip that lasted 48 hours and was absolutely delicious (I accidentally dropped the cake box into the cooler, hence, the cake crashed into the side of the cake box); it was a Christmas cake for my Mom. The cookies were also delizioso!!!

Rimini never disappoints! My family has been getting birthday cakes from here for YEARS!! Would always buy straight from the shelf the day prior or day of (even decorated ones) but this year I decided to do a custom cake, $90, served 15-20 people (vanilla sponge, French creme, & strawberries in between the layers)! I ordered it a week in advance but was told you could order couple days in advance! They made my cake the morning of - for afternoon pick up agreement. Everyone at my group dinner LOVED the cake (including those who are not cake people :) ). The sponge texture was perfect, creme was not overly sweet, and strawberries were just right! 10000% recommend

The bakery is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. It is a family-owned business established in 1973. They prepare Italian baked goods including cakes, cookies, cannolis and bread. The bakery also sells gelato and other types of baked goods. I purchased a chocolate covered cannoli. It was fresh and well-prepared. The various items in the bakery are well-priced. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love the shop, but watch out for the total at the register. My order was $27, but the person at the counter entered $38 into the card machine. I didn't notice until I got the notification on my phone later. Sad to see this happen at a local spot I've supported for a while. Always check the price on the terminal before you pay! Paid 38 for this cake and two roles
