Many thanks to Riser physical therapy !! I had a moderately torn tendon in my elbow to bicep..Dave has me back to almost full strength after just a few months and I avoided surgery. We were able to strengthen all the surrounding muscles to take the pressure off the torn tendon. This was a great alternative to surgery !!

I’ve been going to Riser for over a while now, and the team has been very attentive from the start. I came in with shoulder and neck pain from long working hours at my desk. Ilhan was quick and efficient to pinpoint my problem areas. He and the team designed tailored exercises from pilates and stretching to strength training that have made a big difference in my posture and tension relief.
