The best jewelry store there is! My baptismal cross came from them in 2010. I walked in with my dad to have a gold chain repaired and the first thing they mentioned was how they remembered my mother and grandma walking in and buying my baptismal cross from them. Such sweet ladies and beautiful jewelry!

They ship to you so no need to head to queens if you can't go. Both my sons and my Goddaughter's crosses came from them. Can't say enough.

First of all I want to mention two beautiful and amazing ladies in the front welcoming with bright smile whoever walks into the store. At first, I went to Rizo to fix my bracelet and I was amazed at Seva's beautiful bright smile when I stepped into the store. Her smile immediately melted my heart. Also she showed me their few pieces of bracelets because I always watch their jewelry from the outside and thought wow this place has so many beautiful pieces. I told her that I wanted to get a nice bracelet for my mother. I really liked the rose gold piece but my mother liked the yellow gold one. Seva even lend me the bracelet for me to take home so my mother can try. It was very kind of her so my mother can try the bracelet. I purchased two bracelets for me because I couldn't decide between rose and yellow gold. And one yellow gold for my mother. My mother is very picky and she doesn't wear a lot of jewelries but she loved the gold bracelet from Rizo. She also told me that many people complemented how beautiful it is. I love mine as well they are very elegant and luxurious looking. I truly thank Seva and Joanna. They really treat you like family. I can feel that they truly care about their customers.
