I received one of the greatest service on delivery. I had a specific request for a package pickup at the airport and to be delivered 3 hours away in New York. this company was the only one that at first took my request and they knew how to handle the package; by my surprise the company was extremely well organized and I received tracking information through the pickup process and drop off including pictures and everything. We highly recommended this company. Very good communication. Mr Jean was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented

After #JETBLUE lost my luggage and after cancelling my flight due to "weather" and basically their staff being completely overwhelmed and not knowing their own company policies. The staff at RoadFlex were the calm in that storm. They first of all answered their phones with a human being! Then they calmly helped me navigate their order system online and emailed and called me. They were never rude or impatient about navigating the completely impossible system of Jet Blue's JFK baggage system. (Who don't even have a number to call and have you call a central bagging center, who has to email and cannot even call their own baggage office) Road-flex went above and beyond in sending a person to get my lost bags. When Jet Blue said "we can't find your bags" after JET BLUE BAGGAGE CENTRAL had told me they WERE in luggage office and I COULD SEND SOMEONE TO PICK THEM UP. The Courier placed me on the phone to speak to a person at JFK baggage office "who did you speak to? Who said the bags are here?" I was done I cursed them out and they refused to speak to me anymore. THANK GOD for Road Flex Couriers cause they convinced Jet Blue to let them find my bag! They went into back and found it!!!!! Talk about dedication to getting it done. Worth every penny!!!!! JUST so I didn't have to go to JFK and see the mess that Jet Blue is, or have to deal with those miserable people who obvious hate their jobs. Thank you thank you thank you RoadFlex team for being excellent at your job and getting things done with kindness and efficiency.

I had a work emergency and we needed luggage taken from NY to VA ASAP, meaning through the middle of the night. We hired Road Flex Courier and everything went very smoothly and arrived ahead of schedule. I highly recommend.
