The front desk has a good service attitude and the doctors are more attentive. From there, they checked for conception, then became pregnant, and gave birth to 4 children. They took care of each other carefully. The two sibling doctors are very dedicated and recommend this clinic, I am the pregnant woman. So I gave 5 stars、thank you.

He delivered my 3rd child. Was very nice and gentle. I would highly recommend him.

The doctor was fine but their operation is problematic. I had been seeing dr Roland for 3 to 4 years. Every time I had to wait for a very long time from the appointment times. Last year annual check up, I waited at the clinic for 3 hours. This year, therefore, I scheduled the earliest appointment time of the day to ensure no such long delay. However, 15 mins in the clinic, the receptionist told me the doctor won’t be there until another hr later. I said I cannot wait this long as it is a work day, I needed to be back to work. She then suggested someone else in the clinic to do the annual check up (including Pap smear) if I didn’t want to wait. She didn’t tell me the alternative she suggested was NOT a doctor but a medical assistant. I only found out from over-hearing her conversation with another patient who was also asked to accept treatment from a medical assistant rather than the doctor.

My wife had been Dr Nyein’s OB patient for over a decade and he was a caring, honest man. This review is more about how his front desk staffs was so disrespectful, lazy and arrogant, severely damaging the great reputation of Dr Nyein. Every time my wife had an appointment and came to his clinic on scheduled time, the ladies at the front desks wield their power and belittled my wife, laugh at her when asked about how much longer the wait will be even though she had arrived on time and had already waited for over an hour. Other times, we can see some patients bribed the front desk ladies with food, and drinks to get in front of the queue. The final verdict was really when my wife had a medical emergency, and due to neglect and delay from the front desk staffs, was responsible for the miscarriage. I really wish Dr Nyein can address his staffs before everyone leaves his practice.
