So I’ve been contemplating fixing my sons since I felt like anywhere I went would over charge me. One day walking on 5th I see this tech store and was like screw it it doesn’t hurt to ask how much it would cost so I did. Alex welcomed me like if I knew this man my whole life. Made me feel welcomed talked to me about the process and how much he would charge. The man even offered to meet me all the way in the poconos where I live to pick up or drop off the iPad. I felt like I was family some how and I only just met this man. Honestly though he gave me the best price and the work was excellent the he also resolved an issue with the charging port that he clearly showed me was a problem. Alex kept constant communication and the process only took two days. I highly recommend you guys checking him out with regards to any and everything tech wise. Alex I don’t know if you read these but thank you thank you thank you. I think 5 stars isn’t even enough. Appreciate you and all that you did for me.

Omg Alex is the best ever! Great customer service and goes above and beyond to fix exactly what you came for an more. Mind you my laptop was old but he fixed every last part like new. Thanks so much Alex!

Best place to fix your cellphone and installation of cameras, fast customer service and Competitive pricing. Features a wide variety of phone accessories and other accessories like silver, backpacks, and winter essentials. No wonder its called MULTISERVICE!!! :) The owner of the store is very professional and can install cameras very quick, which were so needed at my store. Finding some one with reasonable prices and that can do a great job is hard, until i heard of this store and meet with the owner, couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend this place!

I left my Lenovo ThinkPad for a simple keyboard replacement and paid a $50 deposit. For a full week, the shop was completely unresponsive — both phone numbers were disconnected, and emails went unanswered. When I finally visited in person, I found the shop closed and had to leave a written note asking for my laptop back. The owner never called or replied to my note, but I eventually found him and was able to retrieve my laptop and deposit myself. I’m relieved to have my device back, but this experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Communication and reliability were extremely poor. Customers deserve updates and working contact information when leaving valuable equipment for repair.
