Rx One Pharmacy

They were very nice on the phone. They even called me to let me know that my prescription was filled about an hour after it was sent in. The pharmacist or pharmacist technician explained exactly what I am supposed to do with my prescription/how to apply it.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Called in for a transfer for a patient of ours but the lady who answered the phone put me on hold for FIVE minutes and then hung up. I called back about 10 times only to be denied the call each and every time. I know what this means - it means they want to reap in the benefits of stealing other pharmacies patients. So I had to call from a PRIVATE number to get someone to pick up the phone ONLYY be subjected to the unprofessional attitude of the same person. Not sure who she thought she was or why it was such a headache to transfer ONE drug. The lady was disrespectful, refused to to give me her name or title and hung up on us. WE WERE CALLING FOR A TRANSFER FOR our PATIENT. Shady, scamming pharmacy. To the lady I spoke to, if you have a problem with us, you know where to call.

Terrible service!!!!! Today i called in to asked if my medication if is ready so I can go pick it up, the lady who picked up the phone said they just receive the prescription and need time then I call again after haft hour the lady said it's ready you can come and pick it up. Guess what ??? After 40 mins I went to the store the girl who in the front desk said the pharmacist haven't receive the prescription yet, if I need it I have to wait because the pharmacist having lunch now , what???? Unbelievable, I told her I called earlier and I said it's ready. Then the girl run to check come back to tell me one medication it's out of store need to order it. When I heard about it I was really mad , how come they Treat people like this??? I really don't understand. So I asked her to cancel my prescription, after I asked my doctor prescription my medication to other pharmacy, other pharmacy said RX One pharmacy already made it! Really??? ?? I asked for cancel then you made it for me ??? It's very bed service!!!!!!!!!

Cashier in the back pharmacy, jipped me on change. She told me clearly the item is 4.50$ but charged me 5$. There is no tax on medication in NY. Dishonestly, stealing 50 cents from your customers are not going to make your business rich. Shame on you!

They make the wrong provider‘s medicine under my name??! Luckily it is topical cream not oral medicine, otherwise it happened medication accident! The staff chatting too much during their work, and not pay attention in their job. For my experience in this pharmacy, they are easily making mistakes in their job, the staff training is terrible. Please double check your medication name, provider name and ur name if you really want to pick up in this pharmacy.
