A lot of the staff are unpleasant to speak to, they have unprovoked attitudes all the time. They also don’t assist people very well. Why ask me if I have my chart and when I say no, your answer is not “would you like me to help you set that up?” Instead it was “oh ok” so damn unprofessional and unhelpful. Hire better staff please
