Queenie and Nelson are super professional, very helpful, and super responsive. The setting up and intake process were very clear and I got my insurance within one day of contacting them. I found them through Google and It was such a relief since, at that time, I really need my medical covered. Rest assure they will make everything you want happened!

Nelson has been amazing from start to finish! He was super responsive & answered all my questions . Nelson was able to help me and my colleagues get on our company’s policy in no time .
I am revising this review because I had the most unprofessional and rude experience with Nelson.
I recently experienced a medical emergency and needed to go to urgent care. When I checked, it for some reason said my healthcare (I am on Medicaid) was inactive.
I asked Nelson about it and he said it was because my income didn’t qualify (which I already asked if we needed to verify it when he signed me up for it, since last time this happened for the exact same reason and he said no). He asked how much was my tax return. I said I’m not sure I’ll have to check, since I’m a freelance and it’s been a while since I touched that.
He spoke to me in a condescending manner saying how could I not know, even he is a freelancer and he knows. I find out what it is and tell him, and he said I qualified, that I could get reimbursed for paying out of pocket right now because of this error. However I had to pay him myself to do it because he hadn’t seen a dime from me yet. I was confused because his service is paid through government subsidies, and he continues to be condescending towards me. He doesn’t let me respond and he just hangs up on me.
Mind you I was at the lobby of urgent care when this was all happening.
I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt to talk professionally and resolve this issue maturely on Monday but I never heard from him.
I do not recommend his service. It seems like he lacks professionalism — the way he talks and responds is very much like an emotionally immature teenager. He is also not thorough with his work — I specifically asked if I needed to verify my income to prevent what just happened from happening and he said no.
