Incredible salmon ramen! Such a unique and rich umami flavor, you have to try it to understand. I had the spicy salmon ramen had the perfect kick and my friend said the regular was tasty too. The portion look small but was solid, I was definitely full. I also recommend their fried chicken, it came out steaming hot and crispy. Service was also great, very chill and nice people working there. Highly recommend!
I had an incredible experience at Salmon Noodle 3.0 in Soho. The ramen here is on another level — rich, aromatic, and full of layered umami. I tried the Truffle Lobster Ramen, which comes with half a roasted lobster, and the flavor was absolutely amazing. The broth is deep and comforting without being heavy, and the truffle aroma makes the whole bowl feel elevated. The Truffle Crab Ramen was equally impressive — especially the spicy version, which warms you up instantly on a cold day. The atmosphere is cozy, calm, and perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of noodles. Service was friendly, and everything came out beautifully presented. Their mochi dessert and yuzu liquor were the perfect finishing touches — refreshing, light, and balanced. Definitely one of the best ramen spots in New York right now. A must-visit if you love seafood ramen or want something warm and comforting in Soho
We stumbled upon this new ramen place in downtown NYC right on the edge of Chinatown. We were pleasantly surprised how good it was! Our taste buds are on the stronger flavored side (but not salty or overpowering) so we really enjoyed how rich and flavorful the broth were! We had the crab ramen truffle & shrimp ramen spicy (slightly only)—both delicious! The staff, Jason & Sebastian were very helpful & courteous. Clean & nicely lay out restaurant. Will definitely come back.
Passed by many times and decided to drop by for a late lunch around 3PM. It is spacious inside and it was not busy so we were allowed to sit where we wanted. Kochiro San who served us recommended the truffle series with thick noodles so we ordered the truffle salmon and truffle crab with soft shell crab along with the salmon rice to start. Of the three, we would get the truffle salmon ramen or truffle crab ramen again on a return visit. The fried salmon with a touch of ikura on top of the mixed salmon rice was nice but the salmon that was mixed in the rice was a bit dry. The truffle and seafood umami of the broth for the crab ramen stood out so I would recommend this for anyone who wants a stronger flavor. The truffle flavor for the salmon ramen is a bit lighter but also tasted sweeter. The presentation is lovely and the bowl looks shallow but realized it is quite deep upon finishing the broth and noodles. The staff is friendly and we were able to enjoy a leisure lunch. Overall, worth the price and a repeat visit.
I tried the crab ramen and the truffle salmon ramen. Both offered a unique experience, especially for those who prefer creamy, seafood-forward broths. The space was nice and clean with a casual vibe. • Crab Ramen: The broth was creamy and on the sweeter side with a nice seafood flavor that wasn't fishy. I ordered the spicy version; while the slight heat was a good addition, it wasn't very spicy. I would have preferred the option to make it a bit hotter. The thick noodles had a good, firm texture, and the fried shallots added a nice crunch. • Truffle Salmon Ramen: This was more savory and had a cheesy quality to it. The broth was thinner and not sweet. The salmon was well-cooked and flavorful. While I personally didn’t care for this flavor profile, I could see it being enjoyable for someone who likes those specific savory notes. Overall, it’s a unique experience and worth trying if you're looking for a different, creamier take on ramen.
