Excellent service and wonderful technicians who truly understand color placement and styling. Jennifer is my hairstylist, and she’s the best—she talks with you, listens to you, and offers great advice. I’ve been going here for years; I came in as a customer and ended up becoming friends. :)

I got a cut by Sonia, Josephine washed my hair and gently massaged my scalp. Nikki (beautiful puppy dog) let me pet him. I’m coming back with treats next time I visit!

Salon Phoenix is what a hair salon should be. From the minute you walk through the door, everyone is friendly and welcoming. It is very evident that the staff is one big, happy family. There’s an aura of calmness, happiness, respect, kindness and love. This aura is then shared with its customers. The salon itself is always clean, organized and bright. The hair stylists are all talented and aim to please. It’s always evident that the stylists are genuinely interested in their clients. Karen has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair now for a few years and always nails the color and the cut. She also has red, natural curly hair so knows how to cut and style it which is a blessing. Every member of the staff is always a pleasure to speak with and the owner James is also very kind. I live in Staten Island but drive in to Brooklyn because this hair salon is definitely exceptional. Check them out and tell them Tricia sent you. 😉 😊
