Lexy is a wonderful acupuncturist and TCM practitioner. Many health care professionals, even holistic ones, make you feel rushed or like a statistic on a chart. Lexy always took great care and time to listen, ask questions and treat the whole body. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Lexy has treated me (and my husband and ten year old!) for over ten years. Acupuncture with Lexy has been an absolute game changer for me. I go to her Rockaway office - the space is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly calming... you instantly feel relaxed the moment you walk in. She has helped me tremendously with my squat depth and mobility, especially after dealing with tight hips and knee pain from lifting heavy weights. Her treatments are thoughtful, targeted and you can truly tell how knowledgeable she is about the body. Every time I leave a session with Lexy, I feel balanced, aligned and lighter... it is the kind of reset you didn’t even realize you needed until you experience it. Lexy is professional, warm and unbelievably talented at what she does. If you’re lifting, training hard or just want to move and feel better in your body, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s amazing!
