I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Sam. From the moment I walked through the doors and detailed what I wanted, Sam painted a clear picture for me of what this would look like, speaking with confidence and a level of passion that I admired and respected. You can truly tell how much he cares about what he does, paying significant attention to detail. The results are simply unmatched. My father was beyond thrilled, practically in tears, when he saw his signed Pete Rose jersey professionally framed (the pictures speak for itself). Sam not only did everything that my father requested but also went above and beyond to get the job done on short notice in advance of Christmas so that I could present it to my dad on Christmas Day. In the process, he routinely updated me on the progress of the jersey, showing a level of communication and transparency that I came to appreciate. The results: “The gift of a lifetime,” as my father described it. Sam is a true professional that cares about his clients and I am beyond thrilled to have gotten this done through Sam and his employees. I had an amazing experience with Sebastian and Sam. I dropped off an art print, and Sam took the time to really understand what would work best—first by looking closely at the piece itself, and then by reviewing photos of the room where it would be displayed. His eye for framing and color style was spot-on. Within just one day, the piece was framed, and it turned out absolutely perfect. It looks incredible, and I couldn’t be happier. I can’t thank them enough for their care, expertise, and attention to detail.

I recently had gotten cops called on me by my own old high school while doing a good deed--"littering" or "illegal dumping" when in reality I cleaned up half their park. I designed custom frames, with the help of Sam, for my diplomas and art prints. Sam was incredibly charming, as well as intelligent about his craft, and quick working. My frames turned out perfectly and I’m so happy to have them hanging in my home. Highly recommend!
