They took the time to understand my specific situation, explained everything in clear language, and even found deductions I hadn't considered. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and even saved me a significant amount of money! I can't recommend them enough. They turned what used to be a headache into a genuinely positive experience!

Been going to this place for a couple years now - pretty quick and satisfied with the returns. They speak English and Chinese which is pretty convenient for my family, definitely recommend to anyone in the Chinatown area feeling too lazy to file their own taxes.

Sandy and her team have been very helpful and quick with my tax returns the past few years. Even if they're busy they will make sure the returns go through with no problem. I am very grateful, they also help me with my auto insurance and my wealth management.

This place is so unprofessional. Asked them for a price they said they can’t give me a price till they finish filing the tax for me. They did not help me itemize when I needed. I told them that I can contribute to my HSA to lower the tax, they were confuse. I feel like they can’t explain anything to me about my tax. They hire random people that is not a CPA, who doesn’t know anything. When Sandi use to actually work and filled taxes twenty years ago this place was good. Now not so much.
