So i made an appointment for facial and i went in and its so clean inside the workers were really nice especially the manager. The facial i chose to do was a bit on the pricer side but it was worth it the massage was awesome. You basically pay what you get for.

I had one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional customer experiences I’ve ever encountered. When I arrived, I stood directly at the door and was clearly visible. The receptionist looked at me and deliberately ignored me. After a long pause, she called someone else, who came to the door, did not open it, and silently pointed downstairs without explanation. Assuming I had missed another entrance or sign, I went back downstairs. There was nothing else—no door, no signage, no instructions. I returned upstairs. At that point, the receptionist again called someone else, who came to the door and waved me away without speaking. Confused, I called the business for clarification. The receptionist put someone on the phone, said “hold,” and never returned. When I rang the doorbell again, the staff inside visibly moved away and avoided the door altogether. At no point did anyone explain what was happening or attempt to assist me. I was treated as if my presence itself was a problem. Whatever the reason for this behavior, [context matters and i am a Black man] it was demeaning, exclusionary, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone who values basic respect and professionalism before visiting this business.

Rachel The service attitude is very bad. I don't like her. I was very happy to enjoy facial care, but I was very unhappy to come back.I don't recommend this store, and she especially like to upsell products. I said no but she push me to buy . I feel uncomfortable.

I got a standard facial. The woman was very rough and gave me a bruise on my neck from the message and made my face bleed during the extraction.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! SCAM! I have been with this place for a long time. They always persuade customers to buy packages with their shady technique, such as marking up their original price then offer you a discount. I always knew that. But then they double charged my credit card and told me that there wasn't. And there is nothing they could do from their side..... The manager - Rachel is terrible....
