The people working there were super nice & the entire area was very clean. Wait time was very short & they were very responsive to my needs.

My provider was Yaroslav PA. He explained everything thoroughly to me and answered many of my questions. I def will be coming back here. He also explained which medications I will be getting and what they specifically will help with. Offices were super clean! Front desk were kind and patient. Great place! Please keep in mind parking in the building was $17 for half hour.

Staff was very polite and helpful, facility is clean and the doctor is precise. I was looking for a dermatologist that would of made my mother's stress, pain, and itch go away and we found it here. Thank you very much for your time and your expertise. You all made my mother smile and happy so of course I admit I am happy also. I rate this facility 5 stars

Great experience here! When topical creams and home remedies weren’t helping, I came here and NP Thakker instantly knew what to do! The prescription she gave helped right away and within a week I was so much better! Highly recommend!

I would give this place no stars. I had an appointment. Woke up early to make it to work (coming from CT) to make it to my follow-up appointment on time. I received a call late morning that the doctor I was originally supposed to see was sick. They book me for the next available doctor same day. My appointment was also pushed up from 4:30pm to now 3:40pm. Now I'm rushing to finish all my work after telling my supervisor last minute that I will have to leave early. Then I get another late afternoon call that I need to update my referral reflecting the new doctor's name. I call my PCP office, they put in the request. I get to the appointment they refused to see me without the referral, even after speaking to the PCP office themselves and being notified that it is on the way. No courtesy for their mistake. Also, I spoke to one of their representatives stating if I had to pay out of pocket I would be reimbursement. Lies told, staff are not all on one page. I'm concerned that I will get hit with a cancelation bill how suspect this place feels to me (see Megan Z's review). I'm beyond pissed. To be 100% honest I was hoping to meet the new doctor because the last one made me feel super uncomfortable. She did what she had to do in a rush. No "how do you feel" or "any questions". If you don't believe me find "Lordleche" review. I work in Queens and live in CT. I'm going back to my CT appointments. After all that, once I arrived home the new referral was in my mychart portal. Will not recommend. 0 star review. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING!!!!! Yeah going back to booking in CT.
