This dermatologist place is nice the people there are great been coming here a while.. the one thing that I don't like is their method of communication when you call you never speak to a real person the bot you speak to only gives you basic options you can't explain your issues it is so impersonal this would be the one reason I would change my dermatologist other than that it's a great location

Booking your appointment on zocdoc that is easier than calling the office. I have been treating my cyst over a month and still not getting better. I got two injections and on antibiotics 3 weeks after that got drained and it came back again after a week. I feel terrible for things not completely recovered. Dermatologist are nice but what I want is someone who can treat my pain and get better as soon as possible.

Dakota was really rude to me on the phone - I don’t go to this office but my call for a refill i need went to this location and he talked to me in such a demoralizing manner. I get two scripts filled that need to be used the same time. One was expired and one is expiring in january. he kept telling me over and over i have to come in because it’s been over 3 months since my last visit but he’ll put in a note. his tone was aggressive. i understood the policy and i wasn’t trying to argue with him, i was just clarifying to put in the note for the PA that i only need a refill on the solution because i can’t use the shampoo without it. i told him ill go over winter break when my exams are over but i cant come in now. he kept interrupting me - i must have heard the policy speech 7 times on the 5 minute call.

My wife’s hand was blown up and burning. She was 6 mins late to her appointment due to no parking and traffic. They refused to even see her and sent her on her way. They never called her once either. I’m disgusted by this office. Wish there was more options in Flatbush.

They're outsourcing their phone calls you can't even speak to a person who works at the location for which you're visiting. The operators seem to know absolutely nothing and have a set script they follow. Imran took over 20 minutes with promises of transferring me to answer a simple question regarding my insurance as well as claiming my appointment had been rescheduled when I did not such thing. In the end the issue was resolved but its frustrating not being able to speak to someone at the actual office.
