Very tasty food! Nice crew!

I have no problem with the place ... is just their fried rice ... has a burn taste ... so i usually end up going to the one on 89 when it comes to fried rice ... their service is [Update] After a few yrs of coming to this place again and try out their food ... their food is good the lady at the front is nice and i go pretty often now then before even though i live on the same block

I've been ordering from Sea Star since 2005. In the beginning it was pretty good and it was convenient cuz I lived 2blocks away. Then I moved further away and continued to order from them. But as time has gone by the service and food has declined dramatically. When the delivery guy comes he expects a huge tip and if you give him under $3 expect to hear a comment. Today has been the worst experience of all. I ordered a 3in1 with sesame beancurd and fried scallops. My scallops were missing. I called and they agreed to bring my scallops back. I was starving so I started eating and right away realized my beancurd did not taste right. Either they haven't changed the deep fryer oil in awhile or the beancurd had gone bad, needless to say I called back again and got a very nasty attitude about needing my food exchanged. Lets see what they bring me when the delivery man comes back.

This place is GARBAGE don’t buy here you will waste your money I bought chicken with mixed vegetables and fried rice and she gave me chicken wings with fried rice inside is carrots that is not I ORDERED I wasted 7 dollars then when I called back they LIED that’s I said I wanted chicken wings then I even told her how to do it I even gave a tip of 2 dollars. I called back and I told her I will pay for a new on and she said “NO! I WILL DO NOTHING FOR YOU ARE UNGRATEFUL”. Why the heck did she had to yell at me? We were fighting over the phone for ten minutes.she hanged up on me. I just wanted my order or my money back was that so simple she even had a receipt. Why would you steal 7 dollars from a 10 year old. Who has allowance Every week not everyday. I Am warning you don’t waste money here they only do your order right if you do pickup and when it’s delivery They do whatever the heck they want.

I order chicken wings with tostones ( don’t know exactly how it’s spelled) I wait 30 min call them saying where’s my food they say it will get their any second now. Then they call back saying 10 more min then again call back 20 mom after saying it’s being made. This place sucks and is stingy with certain customers
