I have been working with this agent for several years and they are very nice and professional. They are able to handle emergency situation and responsible for their clients. I recently booked an International flight ticket with them which go from JFK to LAX and then Guangzhou, China. The domestic flight (departure at 7am in the morning) was overbooked and we were not able to get on the flight. We called them and left a message about this. They got back to us around 8am in the morning and was able to help us rebook another flight so that we could catch the international flight. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their services.
