I have sent packages to Colombia for long time and always the service has been puntual and satisfactory

This company doesnt care about nothing but their money!! Worst customer service in person and on phone. The lady needs to find a job she likes and suits her cause her atittude is not ok!!! Not just that my package was destroyed…. She assured everything was gonna be in good condition…refused to give me a box to pack my stuff even though i expressed that paying for it wasnt a problem. She said no she will deal with it! Said it was my responsibility even tho i didnt pack my stuff and also she didnt allow me at all … NOT RECOMMENDED DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Sendex tu envio en las peores manos, 3 meses en llegar una caja y al llegar con la caja incompleta. Se robaron mi perfume dejaron solo la caja y no responden por hurtos o saqueos ??? No confien en esa agencia.

Si envían cajas a Ecuador por esta empresa no le aconsejo, se abren las cajas y se roban lo que quieren, yo envié 2 cajas me cobraron $375 más la propina 20 por cada caja. Se robaron las vitaminas, cremas , ropa y muchas cosas más, uno trata de llevar sus cosas paea regalar por Navidad a los familiares, ya que cuando uno viaja puede llevar máximo 2 maletas de 50 libras, por eso uno confía en la honestidad qué te aseguran y te entregan en la puerta de la casa. Por favor no lo hagan por esta represa Sendexpress, dicen que van a investigar y no te reconocen nada. Alerta.

I recently sent a package to Mexico, and unfortunately, my items were damaged. I specifically addressed my concerns with the employee because I didn’t want my items to be damaged, and she assured me they wouldn’t be. Despite my efforts to ensure everything was properly packed, the service was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a box to securely pack my items, but the employee at the front desk refused, stating they would take care of it because of a promotion. The price was never an issue, as I was willing to pay for proper packaging. The receipt even clearly states that they are not responsible for items damaged if they are packed by the sender. However, in this case, they refused to let me pack my own items, which led me to assume that, since it's their job to pack, they would do it properly. When I tried to report the value of my items, they insisted the value was lower than what I stated and just assigned a random value without my consent. When I contacted their customer service through both email and WhatsApp, they continuously told me they were not responsible because I signed a waiver all they say is "que pena ". I’ve also visited the store in person, and all they said was the same thing, offering no solution or accountability. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of care, especially when the company clearly didn’t take the necessary steps to ensure my package arrived safely. Highly disappointed with their service. I would not recommend using this company if you value the safety and proper handling of your items.
