Jenny was just absolutely wonderful, she was really sweet and patient with me, answered all of my questions and concerns, she knew I was scared but took time to reassure me everything will be okay, I truly appreciate her, thank you so much! ♥️

My first time seeing a gyno in 5 yrs because my previous gyno made me feel self-conscious. I saw Jenny Wu, FNP for my routine check-up (pap smear and breast exam) and that was the best gyno experience I've ever had. She used the small size speculum so it wasn't painful at all. She was so quick with the procedure I had no idea she even started. Front desk and intake were kind as well. At first I was very scared about coming here because the reviews were bad. But I had the opposite experience. Im sorry that some of the people here didn't have a good experience.

The front desk will ask you why you are there in detail before you see the doctor. So everybody waiting will hear and know your business. The assistant nurse will make you hold your own pee and stand there and wait, once she has time she will come dip a pregnancy test strip while you hold the pee in the cup. Once she’s finished, she will direct you to dump it out yourself. If there’s someone in the bathroom, you will stand there forever with the pee and wait til the restroom becomes vacant. All this is happening while everyone waiting is watching you. The restroom is right next to the waiting area. And there’s only one restroom. Zero privacy here, unprofessional.

This is my first time and I never have sexy before. The doctor which is an old lady I don’t know who is she. I was told by the nurse that the doctor would only use a stick to collect liquid on the surface, but the doctor poked it directly into the vagina with a super quick speed and very deep & heavy🤬Not respectfully if I know I could choose not to examine I won’t allow anything being pushed into my vagina. A long thin stick suddenly hurt me and makes me feel painful for a whole day still hurting. Don’t go here to check, is the stupidest thing I have done this year.🤬My friend go to the other place and her doctor told her she could choose not to do if she don’t have sexy before! Damn

If I can give them a negative I would! The nurse and doctor are horrible there. I did a procedure which I supposed to be numb but they did not do that, totally skipped that step. I was in so much pain during the procedure. The nurse took 4 try to get my blood work.......This clinic and the 8ave one will keep telling you to go back and do a lot testing because xyz and when the result comes back normal..they still recommended me to go thur surgery ( which my new dr did not recommend). Really just try to scam insurance. Btw they also need pt to put down like 250 for deposit before submitting to insurance and say " you might or not get it back". Avoid here!
