When we lost our Pekingese dog Bella, we didn't know what to do but Serenity was there for us, Bella was very important to us, she was family. From the 1st call, we can't express or explain how Joe and his family made us feel with guiding us and carefully taking Bella with such compassion as if it was his dog. Serenity is really a truly compassionate family place for pets and animals in which you can trust when you're heart is hurting.

During one of the hardest moments I’ve ever faced, Joe and his family treated my loved one the same way they would treat one of their own. From the very beginning, it was clear they understand that pets aren’t “just animals", they’re family. They made me feel supported, cared for, and never once rushed, which meant everything during such an emotional time.
They walked me through every option, from a pet burial to a pet cremation, explaining everything with patience and compassion. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were with the memorial options which I never would have considered, like a memorial tribute video, memorial cards, and cremation jewelry. Every step of the process was handled with love, respect, and attention to detail, as if they were honoring their own beloved pet.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals or my family. If you’re looking for a pet memorial service that truly understands the bond between people and their animals and treats your loss as personally as their own, Serenity Pet Memorial is the place to go.
