Been going here for a long long time. I wanted to give them a 5 star here because people rarely post positive reviews in life. Good local business that doesn't overcharge and is just the way things should be.

The sweetest people! They did a great job for a fair price. Even helped me pack my clothes and gave me a cookie for my doggo. I’ll definitely come back :)

The owner is so sweet and great. I get my laundry done here and she always folds it so nicely. I wouldn't do my bed sheets there again because they came back burned - they were very fuzzy before and now extremely stiff - the fibers dark from heat damage.

Came right at opening today (Saturday). The owner was super sweet and fixed a ripped sheet right on the spot. Very affordable and she even gave our dogs a treat! We’ll definitely come back for any dry cleaning or alteration needs we have. Thank you!! Update: turns out she didn’t fix the rip by sewing it, she just placed a piece of fabric over it, so the rip kept getting wider underneath and we’ll have to find somewhere else to fix it. She still seemed nice but make sure the repair is actually what you want!

Tried to find a good place for alterations in NYC and made the mistake of bringing more than 5 pairs of jeans here. I ultimately had to bring all of them to be fixed at my alterations shop in my hometown because of the poor workmanship. I asked to shorten the length of my jeans while keeping the original hem, but you can clearly see the stitching line through my jeans which is not how it is supposed to be. I thought $25 for each pair was a decent price until I realized how poor the workmanship is! I will never bring any piece of clothing to be altered here ever again.
