Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

This location is geared towards commercial business only. It's a simple door that's barely marked. They do have the standard paint chip display. They were happy for me to pop in and get the color chip I needed.

Staff didn't know the difference between paint thinner and mineral spirits; caused an immense headache thanks to covid contactless service. Store regularly understaffed as well.

I called to get a quote for resinous flooring. The manager had the nerve not to get on the phone and would keep telling the lady that picked up to ask him this and now ask him that without getting on the phone. I got mad and said when this individual does not have the time to grab the phone and talk to me for few minutes but when I tell him I am looking for 20,000 SF of resinous floor he will run to talk to me. But you are not worthy of my business, and I hung up. Whoever that individual in the back was had miserable work ethics. If your few minutes is too valuable to get on the phone, then my money is too valuable to be giving a branch like your business. Peace!!

I went to Sherwin Williams to buy paint for my baby’s nursery. I had our contractors come in redo the baby’s room, add crown moldings, add frame moldings and then paint the room. We noticed a smell, but figured it was a fresh paint job & it would soon be gone. MONTHS later we’re still dealing with it!!! It smells like fumes and clearly unsafe for anyone to sleep in the room & definitely not our newborn!!! I went back to Sherwin Williams and they sold me another batch. We’re still having the same issue. Come to find out both times they sold me a BAD BATCH of paint. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Not only did I pay twice for what was supposed to be their “expensive and high quality paint”, but it delayed us from getting the nursery ready in time for when the baby comes. I went over to Benjamin Moore and they were able to match the paint color and give me a good batch of paint. I of course had to pay AGAIN. Anyway, I will never buy paint from here again.

10 min before closing. They just wouldn’t open the door for you. This is the type of employee that does just enough at work, that just does the work assigned and goes home on the dot. And this of course makes the company lose credibility.
