Josh is by far one of the best assets to this store. He was professional, courteous, and above all remarkably knowledgeable. As an Interior Designer it was refreshing speaking to someone that spoke the same language. Josh had directed me to all the items on my list and then some. The store is clean, well represented and focused on the right variety of items. Josh also informed me of the sale and instead of my typical trade discount, I received a greater value with the coupon. This is not my first encounter, the manager should be commended on the employees he has hired and for the training he has fostered into the lives of these young employees as it will serve them well in their future. Two other employees, a gal and another young man were just like Josh. I will continue to be a repeat spender. Young people like this staff, to this design professional, former adjunct professor make me smile of our youth! Bravo and Brava to Sherwin Williams for participating so positively into the lives of our young people!

Sherwin-Williams is one of the best names when it comes to paint and this store is well equipped to handle all of your painting needs. From sandpaper, tape, drop cloths and paintbrushes this place has what you need to complete your project. The best thing to do is sign up for a Paint Perks account as you get a 10% discount everyday as well as access to their sales throughout the year. This place is a can't miss!

The store manager Jesus and assistant manager Richard were beyond helpful, when I came into the store with two cans of paint that I bought 6 months ago. Just like any DIYer, projects take a lot longer time and procrastination kicks in, and I was finally able to paint our kitchen cabinets. The color was a lot lighter than I had imagined (my own fault), and Richard and Jesus were able to do some paint wizardry. They added more pigment to the paint that I already own so that they’re closer to the color I actually wanted. As you can see, the result is beautiful. I’m so glad to have this Sherwin-Williams as my local neighborhood store! They do not turn their backs against customers as soon as they pay, and instead, they are focused on building a loyal customer base, which I appreciate.

Jesus and his associate (I forget his name) are most gracious, welcoming, good humored and impeccably well manner. I've gone to the store twice this week and their notably kind behavior compels me to return to patronize your branch in Forest Hills because I am assured I will be notably well treated. Jesus made every effort to help me and to look into questions I had concerning ordering some items, how I could pick them up, etc. It's comforting to know there are great people with a solid work ethic at your Forest Hills store who go out of their way to welcome and assist their customers.
