This authentic noodle shop serves up some of the best noodles I've ever had, and it's clear that each bowl is made with a deep respect for traditional cooking methods. The noodles themselves are nothing short of amazing, perfectly cooked to achieve that ideal balance of chewiness and softness. You can tell that these noodles are made with care, from selecting the finest ingredients to the precise cooking techniques that lock in their incredible flavor. They soak up the hearty, flavorful broth beautifully, creating a dish that's both satisfying and delicious. I had the Picked Pepper Sliced Beef Noodles and the Tomato with Sliced Beef Rice Noodles, and both were out of this world. The beef was tender and full of flavor, complementing the noodles perfectly. The variety of options on the menu is also impressive, catering to those who love to explore different tastes. And don't even get me started on the appetisers, they're absolutely to die for. I've been coming here for a long time and I really love everything about it. You get attended to and treated politely by the staff, but not bothered by them unless you need something so you can enjoy your meal there. The food is nicely portioned and tastes the best during the winter when you just walked through streets of chilly air and sit inside to have a nice bowl of hot broth and warm noodles. Please tip nicely if you can, they deserve it!! ❤️

Food is good, they let you refill the noodles as many as you want, unlike other rice noodle place Dengji, and the soup is less salty, recommended.

This place has been around in Flushing for a while, and their rice noodles are still pretty good. That said, the broth could be richer—it used to have a deeper flavor, but now it feels a bit lighter and could probably be cooked a little longer. They recently launched some set meals, and for two people it came out to just over $50.
