good service but over pricy

Awesome shipping store. Very competitive pricing esp. if shipping to China or anywhere out of the country. My 10 lb package came out to approx to 50% cheaper vs USPS. Fast and reliable. They also have great customer service. Staff at FOWBC is friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend everyone to try out this place before going to any other logistic spot in the area. They even have a notary public there!

Great, fast, clean, efficient & friendly as usual they remodeled the place since covid-19 happened and now they offer sanitizer alcohol wipes and fabric face mask free of charge. The fabric is nice and soft it isn't rough again your skin like some masks are

They are rude! There were two people working and there's one lady that needs to be assisted with her forms for what she needs to ship. I wanted to drop off a package. I asked them and they gave this rude attitude and said you need to wait on line. First of all, the lady is still filling out her stuff, and there are two of them and yet they just sit their and watch her, not doing anything, meanwhile there are a few people on line the waiting. And, what's with the attitude. If you don't want to do your job and assist customers, just simply respond nicely that you're both sitting their doing nothing and watching someone fill out her form.

The service was excellent when this location first opened, and the previous staff were always courteous. Unfortunately, after the staff change, the attitude and service quality have gone downhill. Hopefully management will take notice and make improvements.
