My first time visiting trying to find a nearest FedEx partner to make a return. Perhaps because I look different just a Puertorican 🇵🇷 they looked at me like I was a alien. Is very important staff of ship space we're in USA and here a lot of people from different places.. they give me the service but they didn't had a sympathy for first time visitor... But at least I resolve my problem with a return ..

I had a very BAD experience at this business. I asked a few weeks back if they offered printing services, the guy told me yes. Then I went back for a printing job, there was a woman there, who was NOT happy at all to assist me or even look and speak to me. When I asked her about printing services, she started speaking Chinese to her co worker, then responded nastily that the "printer was broken", when clearly they were printing shipping labels right in front of me. She was clearly being discriminatory and VERY unprofessional and offensive!!! Also reported to the City of NY for discrimination.
